"I hired Parker Albertson from Albertson construction in the spring of 2023 to frame a large custom home in the mountains east of Boise. Parker was very helpful and understanding through the planning process and helped improve the plans I had drawn for the job. He recommended several other contractors for different parts of the build that myself and the homeowner have been happy with as well. When the crews showed up things moved quickly and within a couple of weeks the house was mostly framed up and windows installed. There were several challenges with a large heavy timber covered deck on a slope and the crews were able to work through them, when mistakes were made or we had miscommunications Parker was always upfront and owned their part and we worked together to resolve any issues and make corrections. "Albertson's Construction worked with Nampa Floors and Interiors to remodel my two bathrooms which were very outdated and in bad condition. They did all demo of floors and walls, rebuilding of flooring in both bathrooms and rebuilding of walls in smaller bathroom shower. Demolition of the shower was a very hard chore as it was built in 1962. I'm extremely happy with the finalized product, the quality and professionalism in handing this huge project for me. "I would like to share our experience with Parker. We bought our beautiful home from Parker in May 2023 we needed to downsize from a larger more formal home and open concept was not my favorite style, but after seeing this kitchen and great room we were sold. The great room is huge when quest first walk in they are shocked at the size its amazing. There are many great features to this home, the entry is beautiful the mud room is very large and he also added toe kick lighting in kitchen which I had never seen before and we love it. There are also many windows which makes our home nice and bright! All new homes have miner repairs and Parker was on top of that he fixed everything we ask for and in a timely manner. He is currently building another home right next door to our house and as you might guess it can be very loud and stressful, but Parker made sure there was no loud music and the workers did not work to late and he would call us to make sure we were handling all the noise.
